I personally believe it is the best poutine in town

Fast, friendly service and you get a bang for your buck. They're not stingy with any toppings in regards to ANY food item on their menu and their poutine could easily fall in the top 3 category. I'd give it six stars it were possible. Make sure you try this place at least once whether you're a visitor time after time or here as a tourist, hell - if you reside here I'd happily recommend plenty of their menu items.Thanks Fritomania for bringing a great Canadian food and making it greater. Best poutine in Ottawa...

Very good poutine with a ton of curds. I felt the gravy lacked a little something savoury, but otherwise delicious. Let it cool a little for maximum flavour.

The Frye's passable, the gravy terrible not worth it going there , three's company beat it by along shot

I love this place for the poutine (I haven't ordered anything else). The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent. Be prepared for a wait, but the wait is worth it!

Not sure how they do it (must be the peanut oil), but their fries are always coming out crispy, delicious and full of flavor. The cost is relatively low for the quantity as well, so you definitely get a generous bang for your buck. I've been coming here since I was a kid and they've never changed anything about their shack. That means they're doing it right, and the people of Orleans can attest to that! However, be careful! They make their fries with peanut oil for the flavor, so people with peanut allergies need to be weary. (They have multiple warnings posted inside the shack.)

Best Poutine in Ottawa. Hands down. Little slow service at times but worth the wait. Also, it feels good supporting a family owned and operated business. Highly recommended!

We don't visit very often but we thoroughly enjoy everytime! The staff is always friendly. They use fresh cut potatoes to make their fries.

Another exotic poutine place due to the gravy they use! Made with peanut oils. They have won Poutine awards and they deserve it! You can customize with a lot of toppings and the portions are great! THE PROBLEM.. When you have this poutine frequently. The taste becomes old news very fast. But don’t get me wrong! Great first time experience taste! 5*

Great poutine, reasonable prices. The fries are big, the cheese curd is thick & delicious, and the gravy is fantastic. The staff is always super friendly and they work hard. It's closed for several months in the winter which is when my kids crave it most. I've never tried anything else here.

I think this is a great option if you are in Orleans. That being said, I would not drive far to this place to eat their poutine - there are better options downtown and other parts of Ottawa.The staff is very friendly and smiley, but to my disappointment, the fries were very chalky.

The best fries and poutine in Orleans. The owners are very nice. The portions are very generous and priced very fairly. The poutines always have plenty of gravy and cheese curds out throughout the fries. They are very popular though so sometimes there's a bit of a wait.

The best chip stand in Ottawa, have been their customer for many years. Poutine taste very delicious. Customer service are excellent. Always recommend to my friends and family.

Poutine is one of the best for sure, but wasn’ta big fan of their bacon cheese burger. Was disappointed to find out it is store bought and not homemade, but other than that, it was excellent!

Fast fresh food and friendly service. Always busy but covid distancing in effect. Poke gym and stops nearby while you wait.

Been coming here since I was a kid and it’s always been so good and on point. Fresh, fast, friendly service, you have to try spot if you’re in Orleans.

Fritomania, is still my favorite French frie place to visit. There maybe new frie establishments popping up but Fritomania has proven time and time again that consistently providing a good product at a reasonable price will pay dividends in the end.The price for their food has increased but reasonably to compensate for the shut down all retailers had to endure due to Covid. I am sure everyone can understand a nominal increase in price after what all retailer and food providers had to endure, provided that the food being sold maintains it usual high quality. Fritomania has done just that by coming back stronger than ever.. If you have not tried Fritomania please do so, you will not be disappointed in the quality of the food.

Best fries or Poutine, ever

If I had to describe Fritomania in one sentence, I would say it's: The Best Poutine I've ever had. Other than the fantastic poutine, the staff is extremely friendly, and always recognizes their regulars, and greet everyone with a smile. It's easy to see how they really care about their customers.Their food is simple but they have managed to perfect every aspect of it. They are best known for their poutine, and I would recommend anyone to get that on their first time visit. The poutine's fries are cooked in a boardwalk fashion, and they use potatoes cut freshly thought-out the day. Their cheese and gravy is also absolutely fantastic. Don't forget to bring cash, because this place is cash only. Despite that, this place is worth the drive.

Best food you will ever have

Hands down the best poutine in Ottawa! If you are a true poutine lover, you have to pay this bright orange fry stand a visit. They use peanut oil for their fries, smooth gravy, super squeaky fresh St.Albert cheese curds, and good portions. The best customer service you will ever get :) always greeted with a smile. They are shut down during the winter mid-December to mid-March, weather dependent. Nowhere else compares!

Fritomania has the best poutine I've tried from anywhere in the world. Its amzing. If you're reading this... GO TRY IT. Its worth driving from anywhere to try it. Yum! Get a pogo with it and dip in the gravy.

I've lived in Quebec so my poutine expectations are very high, this place is run by Asians and they mailed my amazing bacon poutine.i recommend this place!

Best poutine in Ottawa PERIOD.

Lived in Orleans for over 10 years and I've never gone here because I'm a big fan of not getting greasy food. Boy was I surprised. The fries were perfectly crispy and the deep fried cheese curds are very expensive for what you get but cooked to a satisfying crunch.

THE BEST Poutine, hands down!

Just like the people say it is! If a buiseness has manadged to run for this long, they got to be doing it right. I personally got to tour their house where they hand cut the fries and make the gravy. The gravy is vegetarian and the prices are low. The people who run the fry shack are always polite and seem motivated to do their job. I love this place and their food and will always be a returning customer. The place closes seasonaly from mid December to mid March. I recomend for the colder days to get a small poutine as it is loaded and in my opinion, anything above that seems more suitable for two people. Enjoy!
